Вдруг осознал, что крайне мало внимания уделил вопросу тренировки дыхания. Я был уверен, что будет достаточно того, что я постоянно бегаю, а также хожу с тяжелым рюкзаком по лестнице. Но похоже этого совсем недостаточно.

Посмотрел в интернете варианты дыхательных упражнений. Не сказать, что там есть какое-то разнообразие... Остановился на трёх вариантах: дыхательный квадрат, предельный вдох и выдох под нагрузкой.

One of the tasks that I set for myself during the implementation of the project is to verify and document the power of small steps. Now I am starting small steps in two directions:

I’m thinking of using as a logo a symbol you can find everywhere in Nepal - the eyes of the Buddha. In my opinion, this picture uniquely symbolizes the mountainous part of Nepal, because the mountainous areas are mainly populated by Buddhists.
