One of the tasks that I set for myself during the implementation of the project is to verify and document the power of small steps. Now I am starting small steps in two directions:

1. Learn the Nepali language. 2-3 times a day I will spend 5-10 minutes to replenish the vocabulary in Nepali (using the "Learn words" section of this site). The task is till May to reach the vocabulary size sufficient in order to communicate with Nepalese during the May campaign in Gokyo.

2. Physical fitness. 5 times a week 40 minutes of sports exercises + every Saturday cross. I will also check the result in the Himalayas in May. It should be noted that the BCAA amino acid complex turned out to be a good help. After a run of 20 km, I took a couple servings of amino acids. And, surprisingly, by the evening no discomfort in the muscles!
